Good to know
Your data is turned into a briefing and not stored on a server — it's processed and gone. Your past briefings live only in your own browser, on every plan — history isn't something you have to pay for. The one exception is the daily email: switching it on stores your email address and your read-only Shopify token, encrypted, because a 7am briefing has to be built while your browser is closed. Turning it off deletes both.
Connect Shopify directly and Vyrlo reads your orders and stock itself, with a read-only token you can revoke any time. Otherwise: any CSV or spreadsheet export — orders, sales, product breakdowns — or just paste the numbers in. Stripe and Google Sheets connects are next.
No — that's the core design rule. Vyrlo only explains what's actually in your data. If the file can't show why something happened (say it has no traffic data), it says so and lowers its confidence rather than inventing a reason.
